IV. Deliver.
A private proofing gallery makes selection simple. Employees can choose their own final image(s), or your team can designate one person to make selections. Selected images are then professionally retouched and delivered in high resolution ready for website, LinkedIn, directories,
and marketing.

Can you photograph our team at our office?
Yes. I bring a professional lighting and backdrop setup directly to your workplace. Before your session, we'll confirm that the available space works for the setup and determine the best location onsite.
How long does each employee need?
We typically schedule approximately 3–5 minutes per employee. This allows enough time for posing and expression guidance while keeping the day moving efficiently. I’ll help build a realistic schedule based on your team size and the number of images required.
Can you match our existing company headshots?
Often, yes. If your organization already has an established headshot style, send me examples when you inquire and I'll let you know whether it can be closely recreated. If you're starting fresh, I'll help establish a consistent look that can be repeated for future hires.
